Shipping Policy
Shipping Carriers:
- We currently partner with DHL only for international shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to their orders.
- IMPORTANT: The 15% reciprocal tariff for the United States has been eliminated for Matcha powder. However, this tariff elimination does not apply to miscellaneous charges such as customs clearance and administrative fees (Processing Fees). Please note that these charges may still be customer's responsibility.
- Where applicable, sales tax is included in our product prices and shipping fees.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of your order. We might ask for extra fee for shipping to "Remote area".
- We currently offer delivery for items weighing up to 2,000g (including the weight of shipping box)
- You can calculate the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- We will make every effort to arrange for the quickest possible delivery. However, please be advised that it may take up to 7 business days for delivery after your online order is placed. As we are currently operating with a very small team, we are continuously working to expand our team and enhance our operational structure to meet our customers' needs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
- International orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
- We are unable to specify an exact estimated delivery date.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Damage or Loss:
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Gifting
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide gift wrapping services. Due to our current processes, the invoice will include the full purchase price and cannot be hidden for gift orders.
Wholesale/Corporate orders
- Unfortunately, we do not handle wholesale or corporate orders. We would appreciate it if you could register with a personal billing address when placing an order.
