Temporary Suspension of Shipments to Canada
Due to the ongoing strike in Canada, we've observed temporary suspensions of parcel acceptance and delivery delays for shipments originating from Canada. To prevent issues like undeliverable packages or extended delivery times, we've temporarily suspended international shipments to Canada starting June 19, 2025.
During this strike, we're unable to use DHL Express for international shipments to Canada. We're actively working to establish alternative shipping methods as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our Canadian customers. We appreciate your understanding.
